Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2 to 3 working days. Transit is added on top. Your country’s delivery window, rate and free-shipping threshold are on our shipping page and at checkout.
Europe: EUR 7 flat, free over EUR 99. United States: USD 8 flat, free over USD 120. Australia, Canada, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand: USD 8 flat, free over USD 110. Rest of the world: USD 14.90 flat.
Outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be collected on delivery. They are set by your country, not by us.
If a parcel comes back to us undelivered, we contact you first and either resend it or refund you. We never charge you for a return caused by the carrier. If you withdraw from the purchase, we refund the price and the standard outbound shipping.

Every piece is made to order - printed once, for you. That doesn't take away your rights.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day your order arrives. Tell us at info@thwrd.com or use our withdrawal form, send the item back within 14 days, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving it (or proof of return). You cover return shipping.
Faulty or not what you ordered? That's on us - always, on top of your two-year statutory right to complain.

Why does it take 2 to 3 days before it ships?
We print nothing until you ask for it. Those 2 to 3 working days are the print, and they are the reason there is no crate of last season's belief waiting to be discounted.

Consumers in the EU, the EEA and the United Kingdom have 14 days from receiving the order to withdraw, then order the right size. There is no exchange, because there is no shelf to swap from, so Find My Size on this page runs the arithmetic against the real measurement chart before you buy.
Returns and right of withdrawalWill the print crack or fade in the wash?
Wash it inside out, cold, gentle cycle, mild detergent, and hang it dry out of direct sun. The tumble dryer kills a print faster than the wash does, so skip it and the print outlives the season that made you want it.

Europe and the UK, 6 to 10 working days; the US, Canada, Australia and Japan, 7 to 12; the rest of the world, 10 to 30. Production runs 2 to 3 working days on top of that, and customs, weather and public holidays move the estimate.

Return postage is yours, and a faulty or wrong item is on us. We print one piece for one person and have no shelf to collect for, so tell us at info@thwrd.com within your 14 days and we refund within 14 days of that, including the standard outbound shipping you paid.
