Do I have to be Christian to wear The Word?
No. The Word is a doorway, not a test. It asks no one to believe anything in order to wear it. If something in it speaks to you, that is reason enough.
What does “made to order” mean?
Every piece is printed for you when you order it. Nothing is mass-produced, and nothing is wasted. It is why delivery takes a little longer - and why there is no overproduction sitting behind it.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 2-3 working days. After that, transit runs roughly 6-12 working days to the US and Australia, and 5-10 to the UK and EU. Rural areas can take a little longer.
Can I return or exchange?
Because each piece is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty. So choose your size with care - and if you’re between sizes, size up.
How does the fit run?
Relaxed and boxy by design - not tight, not sloppy, and better with wear. If you’re between sizes, size up for a more relaxed feel. Every product page lists its exact weight and cut under Details & Care.
How do I care for it?
Wash inside out, cold, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Hang dry and keep it out of direct sunlight. Full instructions live under Details & Care on each product.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Just follow your country’s customs rules and be aware of any import duties or taxes before you order.
