Each piece is printed for you after you order. Production takes 2-3 working days, then transit is 6-10 working days to Europe and the UK, 7-12 to the US, Canada, Australia and Japan, and 10-30 to the rest of the world. Country-by-country times are listed at thwrd.com/pages/shipping. Europe is 7 EUR flat, free over 99 EUR. The United States is 8 USD flat, free over 120 USD. Both convert at checkout into your own currency.

What sizes does The Word offer?

The Word offers sizes S through 2XL on most pieces. We use 240–260 g/m² premium combed cotton with an oversized fit. Use our Find My Size tool on each product page for guidance.

What is your return policy?

If you are in the EU you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw, without giving a reason. Tell us at info@thwrd.com within those 14 days, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is yours. Faulty or wrong items are on us, always.
