While you wait

Production takes 2 to 3 working days. Every piece is made to order, in every country, without exception.

Then the carrier takes it. 6 to 10 days in Europe and the UK. 7 to 12 days in the US, Canada, Australia and Japan. 10 to 30 days for the rest of the world.

A tracking email lands the moment it ships. Until then, the lookup above shows the order sitting in production.
