Put in your order number and the email you ordered with. We show the status, the carrier and the tracking.

Production takes 2 to 3 working days. Then transit: 6 to 10 days in Europe and the UK, 7 to 12 in the US, Canada, Australia and Japan, 10 to 30 for the rest of the world. The US is $8 flat, free over $120.

Import charges are not included. They may be collected on delivery and are set by your country, not by us. In the EU, VAT is included in the price.

In the EU, the EEA and the UK you have 14 days to withdraw, from the day you receive the goods. Tell us first, then send it back within 14 days. Return postage is yours. Everywhere else there is no return for a change of mind, because each piece is printed after you order it.

There is no swap, because there is no shelf to swap from. Withdraw from the order and place a new one, or write to us and we run both halves in one go.

That is on us. Send a photo to info@thwrd.com and we replace it or refund it, anywhere in the world.

Everything is true to size. Between two, take the smaller, unless you want it bigger. The size finder reads it off the chart from your height and weight.

A person reads every message and answers within one business day. The order number gets you a faster answer.
